Techforce Personel has partnered with a outstanding client of ours in search of a Recruitment Consultant on a casual basis, working on the Trades and Labour team for an exciting project resourcing for a high volume of Blue Collar workers based in Henderson.

Job Role:

Recruitment Consultant specialising in Blue Collar Mining and Resources sector.

General functions of this position will include the following:

Management of End-to-End Recruitment Process

Responsible for maintaining strong connections with client representatives

Actively involved in Business Development initiatives

Understanding of Mobilisation Systems
- collaborating with the Mobilisation team

Maintain robust recruitment database management

Provide daily activity and weekly/monthly reports to management.

Requirements:

This role is suitable for an experienced Skilled with strong Recruitment background in Mining and Resources.

The role is a temporary contract initially available for 3 months with possible opportunity for extension and movement in the company working on some upcoming exciting projects.
