Property Manager (Success)

Carlin Team is seeking an enthusiastic, efficient and fun individual to join our Property Management team.

Due to internal growth we are looking for a vibrant, self sufficient Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join our team!

Your skill set should include:

- High energy and the ability to demonstrate a positive outlook in any situation
- **At least 1 years within the Property Management Industry**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a tight team
- Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
- Current Real Estate Property Management registration for WA and own valid driver’s licence

There will be; No trust accounting
