We’re looking for a passionate and motivated People & Culture Graduate to join our team and kick-start an exciting career in HR. If you enjoy working with people, creating positive workplace experiences, and learning in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you’ll support a range of People & Culture initiatives and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, learning and development, workforce administration, and culture initiatives, you’ll play an important role in

supporting our people and helping create a positive workplace culture.

✅Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Assist with employee records and HR administration
- Help coordinate training and development programs
- Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Support People & Culture projects and process improvements
- Assist with preparing HR reports, communications, and documentation
- Provide general support to employees and leaders across the business

✅About You


- Has recently completed (or is close to completing) a degree in Human Resources
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Demonstrates professionalism and confidentiality
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a team
- Has good attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Is passionate about people and workplace culture
