As we continue growing, we are seeking a Residential Production Coordinator to support our Residential Production Manager and help drive the smooth delivery of residential roofing projects from award through to completion. This is a highly organised and hands on coordination role that sits between office, suppliers, subcontractors and site teams to ensure jobs are production-ready, technically accurate and running efficiently. The Prospect Working closely with our Residential Production Manager, this role plays a critical part in supporting:
- residential workflow coordination,
- technical job readiness,
- material verification,
- subcontractor coordination,
- production planning,
- and site support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem solving, construction operations and keeping projects moving efficiently. About the Role ???? Production Coordination & Workflow
• Coordinate residential jobs from award through to production
• Review drawings, markups and job documentation
• Assist with production scheduling and sequencing
• Support workflow readiness between office and site
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site requirements
• Assist with crane, scaffold and material coordination ???? Technical & Operational Support
• Verify site information, measurements and job details
• Assist with material take-offs and verification
• Identify scope discrepancies or missing information
• Support Leading Hands with technical clarifications
• Assist with variation documentation and production support
• Ensure job packs are accurate and production-ready ???? Site & Production Support
• Attend site when required
• Support production problem solving and issue resolution
• Assist with subcontractor inspections and quality checks
• Maintain clear communication between office and site teams
• Help maintain smooth residential production flow About You ✅ Essential
• Experience within construction, roofing, cladding or residential building
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• White Card ⭐ Highly Regarded
• Roofing or cladding experience
• Residential construction experience
• Production coordination or scheduling experience
