**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a reliable, approachable, and proactive leader to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will lead and support a team of Gate Operators, ensuring all incoming and outgoing assets are accurately recorded in line with relevant processes and standards. This is a full-time position, working Monday
- Friday, 8:00am
- 5.00pm. In this role, we are looking for a leader with high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and guide their team through change.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee all aspects of the gatehouse operations
- Ensure the gatehouse operates efficiently, effectively and accurately in accordance with relevant procedures
- Train new gatehouse staff as required
- Monitor all key order lists with Gatehouse operator
- Work closely with our team to achieve all KPIs for assets inwards/outwards
- Drive a safety and inclusive culture within the team

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Current & valid manual drivers' license (desirable)
- High attention to detail
- Clear verbal & written communication skills
- Computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
