Maintenance Manager (Henderson)

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Customer Installations, the role is pivotal in ensuring effective administration of customers' installations maintenance and management of a group of Field Service Technicians (Electrical and Mechanical) assigned in their respective areas.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Management and administration of the customer's installations maintenance work against budget and timeframes
- Carry out Customer site visits and inspections and respond to customer alarms and service
- Provide technical and engineering support to Field Service Technicians and contractors in the region ensuring sound engineering practices are used in conducting company activities
- Manage the Field Service Technicians (FST) in their day-to-day responsibilities
- Manage contractors and suppliers in their interaction with Air Liquide
- Provide technical support to other Air Liquide plants
- Assist Senior Engineers with new jobs estimating
- Purchase maintenance parts and stock control in line with set cost targets
- Update paperwork related to maintenance and new installations

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Trade Qualified with hands on installations/maintenance experience in either electrical or mechanical
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team within an industrial setting
- Proven project implementation skills
- Ability to influence, monitor and manage change
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership capability
