**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for plant, equipment, and shutdowns
- Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to optimise resources
- Plan and schedule labour, materials, and equipment for routine and corrective maintenance
- Monitor maintenance progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reliability
- Ensure all work is planned and executed in compliance with safety and company procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports
**Skills & Experience** **Essential**:
- Solid organisational and planning skills
- Experience scheduling maintenance activities and coordinating resources
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
**Desirable**:
- Experience with maintenance management systems
- Trade qualification or background in mechanical / industrial maintenance fields
Experience coordinating shutdown or project maintenance activities
Pay: $71,897.72
- $134,059.68 per year
