Property Manager Success

Carlin Team is seeking an enthusiastic, efficient and fun individual to join our Property Management team.

Due to internal growth we are looking for a vibrant, self sufficient Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join our team!

Your skill set should include:

High energy and the ability to demonstrate a positive outlook in any situation

At least 1 years within the Property Management Industry:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valuable organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to work well in a tight team

Ability to use initiative and work autonomously

Current Real Estate Property Management registration for WA and own valid driver’s licence

There will be;

No trust accounting

Your current workplace is located in the southern suburbs working alongside a vibrant team, while using the latest software systems.
