About the Role: We are seeking a full-time permanent HR Officer or HR Administrator (depending on the experience) with strong hands-on generalist HR experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to improve their skills and knowledge in HR and move their career forward in a growing organisation.

Main Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end white collar recruitment including posting ads, pre-screening, organising interviews and reference checks.
- Support white collar employee onboardings, contracts, variation of employments and offboarding.
- Provide support for other HR functions such as performance management, disciplinary actions, training, worker’s compensation and employee engagement.
- Manage queries through HR inbox.
- Maintain HR records, regularly update HR tracking sheets and provide HR reports as required.
- Complete all HR filing and ensure personnel files and other records are up to date.
- Provide general administrative and operational HR support. Selection Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is desirable, but not essential
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly motivated approach with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional HR support
- Highly organised and willing to take ownership
- Eager to learn, grow and build a long-term career in HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- People focused approach ensuring high quality HR support is provided to all employees, managers and other stakeholders at all times
- Strong focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
