The GSC Program is a Commonwealth sponsored program that was established to increase the number of Australian suppliers and export opportunities within the global supply chains of major Defence companies (Primes), including Raytheon Australia.

in a small, focussed team, this exciting and challenging role involves identifying, enabling and connecting Australian Defence Industry to participate in global markets to create a more sustainable, resilient and competitive sovereign Defence capability.

Supporting the Program Manager and the Industrial Engagement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing multiple work streams including the Innovation R&D; and the Industry Training programs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting document reviews and drafting responses, business coordination, and data management and reporting.
- Measuring, recording and analysing key program metrics, and preparation of the formal reporting package to the customer on a periodic basis.
- liaise with the Commonwealth customer, with Australian Industry and with senior internal stakeholders.
- Innovation R&D; work packages
- Training program coordination
- Measurement and Analysis of data and associated Commonwealth and internal Raytheon report generation
- Preparation of presentations and reports.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

- Desirable: Bachelor of Business or Project Management
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to appropriately prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as needed.
