Internal Sales Representative - Reinforcing (Bibra Lake)

Are you an experienced Internal Sales Representative in the reinforcing industry looking for your next challenge? We're looking for someone who can work closely with concreters and builders to help Solution Steel continue to grow their presence across the residential, commercial & industrial sectors. Reporting directly to the Director, this is a key role within our business, offering the chance to be part of a respected, high-performing team. The Role This position will suit someone with experience in construction, building materials or preferably steel reinforcing industries who enjoys building relationships and providing strong customer support. Working closely with external sales and operations teams, you will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders and maintaining strong day-to-day relationships with customers. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone commercially minded, organised and confident dealing with builders, trades and contractors. Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries from builders, contractors and trade customers
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities
- Provide product advice and solutions across construction-related products
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations and external sales teams
- Maintain accurate pricing, order details and customer information
- Deliver a high level of customer service across phone and email communication
