Volunteer Driver Needed: Make a Difference!

Join us in enriching the lives of our seniors by helping them stay connected and active in the community in Brisbane ! As a volunteer driver, you’ll transport our seniors from their homes to appointments and social activities, easing their social isolation and enhancing their well-being.

What We Are Looking For?

Someone with the ability to drive

Someone who is a people person: Friendly, respectful, and positive with great interpersonal skills.

Someone who can commit: ability to stick to a scheduled routine and align with our aged care values.

What Do You Need to be our Volunteer Driver?

Valid QLD drivers licence. Vehicle will be provided

If you are using your own vehicle, it must be registered, roadworthy, clean, and comprehensively insured (fuel costs reimbursed, petrol is on us!).

Ability to speak another language is a plus! You will love talking and spending time with our elderly community. They are excellent company!

Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19 including boosters

Would be outstanding if you are vaccinated for flu as well!

Have or willing to undergo an Australian Federal Police Check

(Don’t worry if you don’t have one, your police checking fee is on us!)

An Australian resident or hold a valid visa with working rights in Australia

Time Commitment: Wednesdays or Fridays, on a regular weekly basis.
