Driver (Kelvin Grove)

Our independent production kitchen located at the Acacia Ridge Central Hub and is currently seeking a driver to deliver products to locations in a secure and timely manner. Responsibilities Include:
- Drive in accordance with road and safety requirements
- Clean up any spillages or breakages that occur on site or in the Food Services vehicle
- Accurately record and maintain the temperature record sheets
- Maintain due care of the product at all times
- Undertake all duties in accordance with the food safety and hygiene legislation, regulations and standards, including those specifically relating to the service of food to vulnerable persons and other relevant Bolton Clarke quality and customer service standards
- Ensure the food delivery vehicle is clean and well maintained at all times
- Showing care and attention to the loading and unloading of product What do we need from you?
- Previous experience operating a delivery vehicle (essential)
- Previous experience in commercial catering or other food services for the Aged in either a nursing home or hospital practice setting (desirable)
- Previous experience using lifting equipment and assistive devices (desirable)
- Demonstrated understanding of food handling and hygiene principles
- Willingness to learn and understand the Food Health Regulations
- Ability to use computer software (Word and Excel)
