Dental/Steri Assistant - Permanent Part Time (Ashgrove)

- Permanent part-time position within our Nina Bambino Dental family. Ideally the successful applicant would be available to start in the middle of June.

This permanent part-time position requires availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday. About the Practice The team at NB Dental have been treating patients of the Ashgrove community and surrounds for over 30 years. Our providers offer a range of services from general dentistry, implant and crown and bridge restorations, cosmetic treatments, prevention of periodontal disease and children's dental care. We encourage a preventative approach to dental care and maintenance. Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting and minimum 1-2 years chair-side assisting experience (desirable), although full on-the-job training will be provided for the right applicant
- Australian work rights are required for this position
- Reception experience (desirable)
- Knowledge and understanding of sterilisation policies and procedures (to comply with AS/NZS standards) (desirable)
- A high degree of professionalism with a robust commitment to providing excellent service
- A can-do attitude and initiative; Pride in all aspects of your work with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Flexibility and adaptability
