You’ll be the welcoming face of the hotel, creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand’s values of empowerment, possibilities, and community. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out
- Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness
- Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment
- Participate in training and team meetings

**Skills & Experience**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel systems and procedures
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Detail-oriented and accurate in transactions
- Adaptable and open to continuous learning
- Knowledge of WH&S; and operational policies
