Marketing and Events Assistant (Spring Hill)

**The Role** We’re seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Events Assistant to join our team on a casual arrangement for 2 days per week. This role is ideal for a university student keen to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and event coordination. You’ll support a range of projects, from event planning and promotion to content creation and social media campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist with planning and coordination of events, conferences, and workshops
- Create and schedule engaging social media content
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns
- Conduct market and industry research to support projects
- Assist the team with general administrative and event logistics
- Assist with onboarding new Channel Partners
- Assist with Search Engine Optimisation and analystics
- Research and design of promotional interns

**About You**
- Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite eg. Outlook, Teams, Excel
- Willingness to learn other software including Customer Relationship Management System, Word Press etc

- Based at our Spring Hill office (free parking onsite)

Pay: $22.00
- $30.47 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
