About Us:

You’ll be joining the team of Dr Benjamin Hope, a well-known Brisbane Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand surgery.

Based at Brisbane Private Hospital, we’re a busy specialist practice with a strong reputation for patient care and a team culture people enjoy being part of.

The Role:

This is a varied role combining front desk reception and assisting the Practice Manager and admin team with day-to-day tasks. You’ll be one of the first people our patients meet, so being friendly, approachable, and organised is significant. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being busy, works well in a team, and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

Position details: Permanent Part-Time

2 or 3 days per week (must work on Fridays)

Hours can vary between 7:40am – 5:20pm

Immediate start available

Based at Brisbane Private Hospital, Spring Hill

$30-$35 p/hour annual bonus

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, honest, and friendly. A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and being a team player are far more important to us than previous medical experience.

You’ll Also Need: At least 1 year of customer service experience

Good computer skills

Excellent spoken and written English

Reliable transport

Australian permanent residency

This position is open to students; however we cannot accommodate long periods of leave (exam periods, placements, internships etc.)
