Labourer – Rendering / Solid Plastering Team DMC Collective – Family-Owned, Established Company About Us DMC Collective is a proud family-owned and long-established company specialising in high-quality rendering and solid plastering. With a strong reputation and a large volume of upcoming projects, we’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable, motivated labourer to join our experienced crew. About the Role As a Labourer in our rendering/solid plastering team, you will assist tradesmen on residential and commercial job sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade, enjoys hands-on work, and wants long-term, stable employment within a supportive team workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Assist plasterers and renderers with daily tasks
- Mix render materials and prepare surfaces
- Set up and pack down work areas
- Perform general site clean-up and manual labour
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work workplace
- Support the team with various tasks to ensure job deadlines are met What We’re Looking For
- Previous labouring experience (preferred but not required)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work well in a team
- Drivers licence and reliable transport (required)
