Senior Architect | Full-Time | Brisbane Studio (Petrie Terrace)

We’re seeking a senior architect (10+ years’ experience) to join our design-focused Brisbane studio working across resorts, retail, and aeromedical projects throughout Queensland. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shaping design outcomes while staying closely connected to documentation and delivery across all project stages — from concept through to completion. About the Studio We are a small, collaborative team of architects and technicians delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial and specialist projects with strong design intent. Our studio environment is supportive, direct, and focused on producing thoughtful, well-resolved architecture. Located on the city fringe, we benefit from easy access to transport, cafés, and amenities. The Role You will play a key role across multiple projects, contributing to:
- Design development and design leadership across all stages
- Coordination of consultants and project teams
- Detailed documentation using Revit
- Contract and construction phase involvement
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members About You We are looking for a designer who brings both capability and curiosity:
- 10+ years’ architectural experience in practice
- Robust design thinking and ability to resolve complex briefs
- High proficiency in Revit (Enscape advantageous)
- Confident communicator across clients, consultants, and teams
- Comfortable moving between design, documentation, and delivery
