We are a well-established architectural practice delivering full architectural services across a diverse range of commercial projects throughout Queensland. Our work spans Resorts, Retail and specialised Aeromedical facilities and commercial interiors, offering the opportunity to be involved in unique and technically engaging projects. Our studio consists of 3 Senior Architects, 2 Graduates and 2 Architectural Technicians, operating in a collaborative and design-focused environment on the city fringe, close to public transport, shops and amenities. We are seeking an experienced Draft Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our team to assist on fit outs for Australia wide hospitality chains and to contribute to the design development, documentation of a variety of interesting projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design development across multiple commercial projects
- Prepare detailed documentation and drawing packages
- Support project delivery through to construction
- Participate in coordination with consultants Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Technology
- Demonstrated experience in architectural practice
- Strong skills in CAD, Revit and 3D modelling software like Enscape
- Experience in documentation and project coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team workplace
- Good communication and organisational skills What We Offer
