Medical Receptionist Spring Hill

Davis Recruitment is a specialist agency for the placement of Permanent Support Staff to the Medical/Healthcare Sector.

Our client, an established Orthopaedic Specialist Practice in Spring Hill is actively seeking to appoint an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their small supportive team. This is a Full time position for 3 Surgeons in a up-to-date streamlined practice with a full time Medical Secretary and Practice Manager. The days will be Monday to Thursday inclusive 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-2.30pm.

Medical Receptionists experience in a Specialist, Allied Health or General Practice

Patient record management (scanning etc)

Use of Medical Software and patient billing processing

Minimal Medical Typing duties required (outsourced)

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Minimum 3 years in a Medical Practice Receptionist role

Ability to work in a supportive team environment

High level communication skills

Understanding of Medical Practice day to day running

Hours: The days will be Monday to Wednesday inclusive. The hours will be 8am-4.30pm.

Commencement Date: asap
