Bookkeeper & Administration Support

- Spring Hill About the role We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented who can keep our finance and admin functions running smoothly. You’ll be working in office at our Spring Hill location and responsible for:
- Processing weekly pay runs
- Bank reconciliations
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- General bookkeeping duties in Xero and MYOB
- Supporting with administration tasks such as filing, managing records, and assisting with office systems About you
- Proven bookkeeping experience with Xero and MYOB (essential)
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and BAS requirements
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident with general administration and office processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
