**The Position**
- Clean portfolio of 150 properties (end-to-end management)
- South/West Portfolio
- **NO Leasing, No Routines, No New Business, and No Trust Account duties**:

- Owner, Tenant & Contractor liaison
- Ensure all leases, authorities, and other documentation are fully executed
- Negotiate lease renewals etc.
- Manage maintenance requests and work orders
- **QLD Certificate of Registration**:

- **Australian drivers license**:

- **Previous experience in Real Estate (Min 2 years experience)**:

- **Must be a friendly, bubbly person who enjoys coming to work!**:

- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high end customer service to owners and tenants
