Are you a passionate and experienced support worker looking for a rewarding prospect? We are currently seeking a dedicated **Mental Health / Disability Support Worker** to provide person-centred support to a client living in a **Supported Independent Living (SIL)** environment in **South Ripley**.

**About the Role**: You will be working closely with a young individual whose interests include **Marvel**, **anime**, and **computer gaming**. The role involves supporting the client at both their own home and family residence. Key duties include:

- Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and promoting independence
- Implementing **Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)** and managing **restrictive practices**

**Mandatory Licenses**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, or equivalent
- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Current **Working With Children Check (Blue Card)**:

- Current **First Aid and CPR certification**:

- **Valid Australian Driver’s Licence**:

- Experience with PBSP and restrictive practices essential

**Roster
- Fortnightly**:

- **Week 1**: Thursday Sleepover (16:00-06:00), Saturday Sleepover (14:00-06:00)
- **Week 2**: Thursday Sleepover (16:00-06:00), Saturday Sleepover (14:00-06:00)
