As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including: Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation
Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on ‘PADLET’
Access to The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren)
Access to the ‘Learning Leaves’ Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner
On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team led by Robyn Papworth
Access to our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund, which allows you to attend professional learning and networking across Australia.
In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. Using your strong focus on the ‘Image of the Child’, collaboration is key in providing a setting where you can ignite creativity and curiosity amongst the children, reflective of your well-resourced and planned environment.

**Ideally, we’d love for you to hold**:
- A strong focus on Image of Child
- The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
- A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
