Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is a welcoming 75-place service with warm learning spaces and engaging outdoor play areas — including sandpits, a bike track, climbing wall, teepee, bush tucker garden, and vegetable and herb gardens. We spark curiosity and support every child’s learning journey through play, exploration, and care.

We are currently looking for passionate, qualified Educators to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

What You Need- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)- Current Blue card valid for paid work- First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis)

What We’re Looking For- A nurturing and inclusive approach to early childhood education- Strong understanding of children's developmental stages- Ability to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs- Outstanding communication skills to work with families and team members- A positive attitude and a team-first mindset- Previous experience as an Educator in early childhood (preferred)
