Medical Receptionist Erina

The role is a full time position working Monday to Friday, with 8 hour shifts between 5:45am
- 9pm.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients both in person and with shifts in our on-site booking hub.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

Billing procedures
- private, Medicare, workers compensation and DVA.

Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Travelling to both the Long Jetty and Brisbane Waters (Woy Woy) clinics to cover shifts as needed.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence and experience working across multiple screens and systems.

Eagerness to learn.
