Property Manager (Erina)

About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team at One Agency Coastwide in Erina. In this part-time role, you will be assisting in the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to our valued landlords and tenants. What you'll be doing
- Effectively assisting in managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including rental inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant management
- Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting thorough Routine, Entry and Vacate inspections, identifying maintenance requirements, and coordinating repairs
- Open Homes and processing applications
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday What we're looking for
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have property management experience
