About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team at One Agency Coastwide in Erina. In this part time role, you will be assisting in the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service to our valued landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing Effectively assisting in managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including rental inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant management

Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, ensuring their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner

Conducting thorough Routine, Entry and Vacate inspections, identifying maintenance requirements, and coordinating repairs

Open Homes and processing applications

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

What we're looking for Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have property management experience

Must have Certificate of Registration or NSW Real Estate Licence.
