Erina Leagues Club is a busy, community-focused venue on the beautiful Central Coast, known for quality food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We pride ourselves on delivering great dining experiences for our members and guests. About the Role: We are seeking experienced and passionate Commis Chefs and Kitchenhands to join our kitchen team. You will work closely with our existing kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals across our bistro, functions, and events. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals in line with menu specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Assist with menu planning, food costing, and stock control.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Skills & Experience Required:
- Relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of food safety and WHS practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. What We Offer:
