Job Description: As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the lifecycle of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate smooth contract execution and resolution of any issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
• Manage and maintain contract files and records.
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts.
• Provide support and guidance on contract-related queries and issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
• Manage all administrative tasks.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.

Preferred Skills:
• Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCM) is a plus.
• Experience in Construction is advantageous.
