About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Administration Clerk to join our Sales Department in a permanent, full-time capacity. Working within a highly supportive team, you will play a key role in managing vehicle stock and coordinating new vehicles to and from external suppliers and customers. This is a great prospect for an administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Manager
- Accurately process invoices and maintain sales documentation
- Manage and maintain sales files, ensuring records are up to date
- Maintain the sales pipeline within the Dealer Management System
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring correct filing and system records
- Coordinate bookings with external suppliers
- Assist with the receipt and coordination of new vehicles into stock
- Maintain accurate records in the customer management database
- Liaise with the sales team regarding delivery schedules and accessory fit-outs
- Support customer engagement activities as required Skills & Experience


- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role
- Finance experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy with the ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Professional, reliable, and friendly with a positive, can-do attitude
