Maintenance/handy Person - Live in Position Caravan Park …, Springvale

We're a busy caravan park in Melbourne's South East suburb of Springvale. We are mainly residential, but do also have tourist sites and tourist cabins.
- This is a **live in**position. A one bedroom park cabin will be provided for you.

We require someone to work alongside and support our existing Park Managers.

You will need to work well in a team, be prepared to get your hands dirty, and be willing to give any task a go.
- It is important that you have very good maintenance skills. One of your main tasks will be to repair/fix damaged or old caravans and cabins. A background in carpentry would be useful. You will really need to be an all round handyman, capable and willing to give any task a go. You will also find yourself helping with the rubbish run, cleaning, mowing...whatever needs to be done!

We operate on a fortnight roster, 10 days on, 4 days off (starting on a Wed). Every second Sat-Tue you will also be on call after hours.

You need to be friendly and capable of working in a team workplace as well as being autonomous. On the Managers days off you will be required to perform all the necessary tasks.

Previous caravan park experience is not necessary. All you need is the right attributes and a preparedness to roll your sleeves up...

It is important that you are happy to live and work in a residential caravan park, have good people management skills, a strong work ethic and are fit and healthy.

Nb: no pets

Gross Wage: $900/week + Accommodation + Super
