**About You**
- A people-person who loves chatting to everyone from shop owners to CEOs
- Confident knocking on doors _and_ making calls (we’ll help you get started!)
- Organised self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and can hit the ground running
- **Must have**: Own vehicle + licence (we cover work-related driving)

**What We’re Looking For**

We need an experienced sales skilled who can **deliver results from day one**. You’ll be expected to:

- **Have 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience** (preferably in HVAC, facilities services, or related industries)
- **Provide measurable sales data**: Share your **past performance metrics** (e.g., quota attainment, deal sizes, conversion rates)
- **Be confident in cold outreach**: Experience with **cold-calling**, **door-to-door sales**, and pitching to business owners, facility managers, and procurement teams
- **Work independently**: You’re comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline without supervision
- **Be tech-savvy**: Familiar with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce and basic HVAC/mechanical terminology

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Converting Leads into Clients**: Use your skills to close deals with businesses in Melbourne’s commercial sectors
- **Driving Results**: Maintain high activity levels (e.g., 25+ client touches per day) and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
