We're looking for friendly, approachable, and engaging tutors to join us in South East Melbourne.

Are you a dedicated primary school teacher or an education student eager to make a real difference in students' lives?

Helping students excel in math and English across all primary school and secondary (up to year 9) year levels must be your passion.

If you're committed to fostering a love of learning and helping students achieve their full potential, then this role is perfect for you!

**What’s in it for you?**
- you'll teach students in small groups or one-on-one in their homes, starting with a manageable 3 to 5 hours per week. Having a driver’s license and a car is essential for this role
- Secondary tutors will mainly do online tutoring so a device that is compatible with Zoom and a trusty wifi is necessary
- This is a subcontractor role, meaning you could have many hours (5) in one week, or little to one hour in the other week. You will be compensated with extra training, administrative tasks and meetings to help you gain confidence in your teaching
- You will one hour paid face to face curriculum planning session twice a week with the team
- This role offers the perfect environment to refine your teaching skills and tailor your approach to meet individual needs. You'll gain valuable experience that will enhance your ability to manage larger classroom settings with confidence. As you grow with us, there will be plenty of opportunities to expand your hours and responsibilities and increase salary to support your journey to becoming a confident and adaptable educator.
- Working hours are primarily after-school and on Sunday afternoons

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in education (or studying towards, can provide a recent academic transcript)
- A current Working with Children Check (or can apply)
- Your own ABN (or can apply)
- A current Victorian driver’s license and a vehicle
