**THE ROLE**

As our optical dispenser, you will have exceptional people skills, sales skills and have the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with patients. You will be joining our amazing A-TEAM: high-performing, cohesive, and all-round fun bunch. You will:

- utilise your extensive knowledge to help patients select the best eyewear for them based on their individual requirements
- their prescriptions, preferences and lifestyle;
- demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to provide innovative solutions to patients' unique visual challenges;
- contribute to achieving strong sales results; and
- demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment
