Description
An opportunity exists for a reliable and organised person to join our growing team. The role includes but is not limited to:
- HACCP documentation and maintenance
- All aspects of HACCP management including audit
- Customer service and enquiries
- Coordination of logistics
- Data entry and processing orders
- Arranging Purchase orders and forecasting
- Miscellaneous admin duties To succeed in this role, you will need:
- HACCP training highly preferred
- To be Organised
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude with a great work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Word & Outlook
- MYOB EXO experience (preferred) The role reports to the Account manager and liaises with all departments throughout the company. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Strictly no agencies. Job Type: Full time Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends Ability to commute/relocate:
- Springvale, VIC 3171: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience:
- Office administration: 1 year (Preferred) Work Authorisation:
