Call Centre Representative Springvale

Deltone Solutions is a supplier of printing supplies and office technology in Melbourne’s South eastern suburbs. Being a quick growing business, Deltone Solutions is looking for staff to join our sales team. We are seeking a motivated individual who is looking for a career in sales and account management.

Successful applicants will receive full training, support and ongoing development. The Sales Representative will work within a small sales team and be responsible for the following:_

Actively seek out prospective clients via cold calling

Achieve monthly targets and KPIs

Manage and maintain customer relationships

Provide support and customer service to existing clients

The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Successful applicants must have:_

A skilled and articulate phone manner

Persistence and a robust drive to succeed

Skilled in building and maintaining long lasting relationships and rapport with clients

The ability to work within a team

A strong work ethic and goal orientated

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
- We will train you to your full potential. However, sales rep, account management, inside sales or customer service experience is desirable._

COMMISSION PAID ON TOP OF HOURLY RATE
- UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL_

Pay: $50,000.00
- $79,000.00 per year
