THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity for a Production Operator to join our Production team on a Full-Time basis at our site in Springvale, Victoria. This opportunity will come with training and development opportunities to kickstart your career.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday on a Rotating roster (Morning shift 6am-2pm, Afternoon shift 2pm-10pm) with overtime available.

The main purpose of this role will be:

Operating machinery and ensuring materials are produced to the commercial standard.

Identify and report equipment and product faults.

Loading and unloading materials.

Be involved in reducing risks and hazards and improving quality.

Help inform data driven decisions by keeping records including machine reports and graph information.

Forklift driving as required.
