Ongoing growth presents us with an exciting opportunity to welcome a motivated, customer service professional to join our Customer Solutions Team.

What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

Be the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries nationwide

Handle inbound calls including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests, and problem solving

Maintain and update our CRM system with accuracy

Identify trends in customer issues and recommend solutions to address root causes

Provide feedback to support continuous improvement within the team

Work hours Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience, ideally in an industrial or commercial contact centre workplace

Excellent communication and phone manners:

Intermediate computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite:

High attention to detail, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach
