We have 2 beautiful locations, one in Dingley Village and one in Richmond.

**THE ROLE**

As our **Optical Dispenser** you must confident in recommending the perfect optical solution to our patients using the knowledge and skills that we will provide in order for your to achieve the best results. You will:

- Conducting a personalised 1 on 1 dispensing consultation with our patients to identify their needs and provide a personalised solutions
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, build rapport and strong relationships with our patients
- Grow and upskill your knowledge in all things Optics
- Liaise directly with suppliers to hand pick the frames and products we offer
- Contribute to achieving strong sales result as a team
- The opportunity to grow into management positions

(FYI this role is also a excellent graduate job to commence your career in Allied Health )

We are looking for someone who's value align with that of Insightful Eye Care. Skills can be taught, but your attitute towards work, our team and most importantly our patients, is what we value the most. We do not place unrealistic “sales targets” onto our team that are very obviously in favour of the business and not the patients. We believe in doing whats right by our patients and that is the expectation that will be placed on you!

As we are expanding, you will be looked upon favourably if you also possess mad skills in the following:

- social media;
- photography; or
- videography

- $70,000.00 per year
