Disability Support Worker Casual Springvale

The Role

You will provide direct support to participants, focusing on their daily living, health, safety, and social wellbeing. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and honest communication within the team to ensure participant's needs are always met.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

Supporting mobility, routines, and hygiene needs

Maintaining accurate and timely progress notes and communication

Following all NDIS and Refined Care compliance standards

Working collaboratively with other staff and management to provide protected, consistent support

What We’re Looking For

Genuine empathy, patience, and respect for people with disability

Reliable, punctual, and proactive in communication

Ability to work effectively in a team-based care model (some shifts require two staff present)

Solid attention to infection control, safety, and participant wellbeing

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $32.15
- $44.85 per hour

Expected hours: 10
- 30 per week

Licence/Certification:

Working with Children Check (preferred)

CPR Certification (preferred)

First Aid Certification (preferred)

Police Check (preferred)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
