- mainly through the pharmacy chains network and its partner website About the Role We are reinforcing our marketing team and seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to manage our ecommerce platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director, you’ll be part of a vibrant team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence. Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist Ecommerce, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce websites and develop digital marketing and advertising campaigns to generate profitable sales. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing advertising strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with the company’s sales and brand objectives, with a focus e-commerce growth, on digital channels and online customer acquisition
- Providing strategic advice to management regarding advertising approaches to effectively reach defined target audiences, leveraging insights from SEO, paid media, and customer behaviour
- Coordinating the creation of campaign assets, collaborating with both in-house and external designers, copywriters and media suppliers ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Managing the day-to-day websites operations
- In charge of our Meta/TT Ads campaigns execution and reporting
- Recommending improvements to online content, website structure, and digital presence (including SEO, UX, and customer journey) to enhance search engine performance and overall visibility
- Analysing data derived from digital platforms and advertising channels to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Applying analytical techniques to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue and profitability, incorporating promotional and discount strategies
- Contributing to business expansion through the identification of NPDs and formulation of marketing strategies, supporting both online growth, conversion optimisation and revenue Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing
- Have 1 year experience in Shopify
- Have a good knowledge of French pharmacy skincare products
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Be passionate about all things digital, social, and eCommerce
- Have strong multitasking abilities and a willingness to learn
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
