What You’ll Be Doing: Customer Service (60%)

Solve problems with empathy and a "let me fix that for you" attitude

Manage returns, refunds, and follow-ups

Keep our customers informed and happy throughout their journey

Marketing Support (40%)

Help schedule and manage social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Assist in content creation (photos, captions, stories, light editing)

Coordinate campaigns and product launches with our team

Provide basic reporting on marketing performance and customer feedback

You’re Perfect If You: Are a clear communicator — in writing, in person, and online

Have a love for Asian culture and cuisine

Are organised, resourceful, and unafraid of tech (bonus points for Shopify, Canva, Meta tools, Klaviyo)

Can juggle multiple tasks and stay calm when things get spicy

Have a good sense of humour and like working with a fun, purpose-driven team

Pay: $55,000.00
- $70,000.00 per year
