About the Role We are seeking a full-time Internal / Counter Salesperson to join our Brisbane-based team. This is an in office role focused on delivering excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and supporting sales growth. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers at the sales counter and over the phone
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Offer expert product advice tailored to customer needs
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly
- Support sales growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth operations
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments Skills & Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Ability to engage customers and identify sales opportunities
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for order processing and customer records
- Knowledge of construction, tools, or industrial products (preferred) Qualifications
- High school certificate or equivalent
