Architectural Building Designer - Luxury Homes (Underwood)

Sabdia Constructions is seeking an Architectural Draftsman/Building Designer to join our team in Underwood, Queensland. We are a fully integrated design and construction firm who only develop and build Sabdia projects. This full-time role will involve design and drafting of plans for future high-end developments in some of Brisbane's most sought-after locations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Work directly with the Senior management team to understand project requirements and develop designs
- Produce concept designs based on brief and develop the design using 2D and 3D software through Design Development and Working Drawings
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans and 3D visualizations for residential and commercial construction project
- Provide design advice on basic interiors
- Ensure all drawings and designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations and industry standards
- Provide technical support and advice throughout the construction process
- Collaborate with the wider design and construction teams to deliver high-quality projects

**What we're looking for**
- Loves to work with a young dynamic team who is a market leader in residential building and development in Brisbane
- Qualifications in architectural drafting, building design or a related field
- Proficient in using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Sketchup and D5
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar architectural drafting or building design role

Pay: $75,000.00
- $110,000.00 per year
