- we’re on the lookout for a passionate hospitality or retail Store Manager to lead our Brand New Boost Juice Drive-Thru in Underwood. In this role, you’ll take the lead in driving store performance, inspiring your team, and creating an energetic, customer-focused environment where both people and the business thrive. As a hands-on leader with a strong background in customer service, you’ll lead by example, motivate your team of vibrant Boosties, and empower them to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. - Leading and motivating your team of Boosties to bring the Boost brand values and culture to life, delivering exceptional customer experiences every day.
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and rostering a high-performing team in a quick-paced QSR environment.
- Driving local store performance through the successful execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Achieving sales targets and managing key financial outcomes, including labour, wages, and profitability.
- Coaching and developing your team to build future leaders within the brand.
- Managing inventory, stock control, and purchasing to maximise operational efficiency and minimise waste.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures. What we’re looking for:
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced QSR, drive-through environment.
- A strong track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Sound commercial acumen with experience managing sales growth, labour costs, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead from the front.
- The ability to stay calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in high-pressure environments.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for customer service, team development, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.
