What you’ll need: Confidence working the grill, fryer, and hotplate Able to cook eggs, proteins, and breakfast items quickly and consistently Solid knife skills and understanding of basic food prep Ability to read and follow dockets accurately Stay calm and focused under pressure A basic grasp of food safety and hygiene standards

Key Responsibilities: Cook and plate meals to order with consistency Prep ingredients and keep your station stocked Maintain a clean, organised workstation Communicate clearly with both front of house and kitchen teams Follow recipes and portion guidelines Manage cooking times efficiently during peak periods Clean down equipment and kitchen areas at the end of shift

What we’re looking for: Experience in a quick‑paced kitchen Punctual, hardworking, and a team player Adaptable with hours — mornings, nights, and weekends
