- Support the Depot Manager with the day-to-day smooth operation of your Depot
- Ensure customers feel welcomed and assisted with their recycling products to inspire return customers
- Leading a small team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manual counting of containers and not afraid of manual handling
- Sorting recyclable items into their correct categories
- Cash handling, ensuring accurate record keeping
- Ensure staff are adhering to all health and safety procedures and highlighting any hazards/faults/risks
- Continuously looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction
- Ensure that staff have the skills and training to work safely and efficiently Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience would be highly preferred
- Previous experience leading a small or medium team will be highly desirable
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Teams, Outlook & Excel
- A current driver’s license
- You have an excellent 'can do' attitude with customer service at the forefront of all interactions Advantages
