**Trainee Dental Assistant**

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised dental assistant to join our friendly team and provide the expertise and people skills to continue with our planned growth.
Opportunity for promotion, further education and development into a management role. Traineeship, support and paid study time provided with the role.
A full-time role is available.
**About DentalCare Clinics**
We have 2 very busy dental practices in Stanmore and Waterloo that provide the highest possible standards of care for our patients. We are planning substantial growth in the next few years and we need your help to pave the way for further success. We have already grown from a team of 4 to a team of more than 20 in a short time. This provides continuous opportunities for promotion for our dedicated people. **About You**
You are the type of person that likes efficiency, achieving high standards through team-oriented management of people and be able to demonstrate a willingness to further develop and learn, both for you and the team. You are organised and one step ahead of the game, because you know how to prioritise and stick to the plan.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Creating an empathetic and welcoming impression for our patients.
- Coordinating the treatment schedule of a busy clinic to maximise clinician utilisation.
- Prepare treatment room and set-up for procedures
- Processes contaminated instruments & equipment in accordance with practice protocols quickly
**Skills and experience**
Great work ethic and organisation skills are key to the success of this role. As is the ability to build relationships with our team and customers alike. Additionally, you should have:
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to actively and willingly offers assistance to other team members
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative to actively seek opportunities to make extra contributions for the benefit of the practice
- Customer service experience will be highly considered.
**Hours**
A full-time role is available. Must be available for 2 Saturdays per month.
